Celtic -v- Crawley. Match preview.

 

Steve Torpey is finally expected to make his debut as Celtic face Crawley tomorrow, going straight into the starting lineup to replace Damien Reeves, who is suspended following his red card from Tuesday's home match against Altrincham.

 

Also expected to feature is Mark Hotte, who was signed ahead of the loan deadline yesterday from Vauxhall Motors and who caretaker boss John Deacy sees as a direct replacement for Carl Serrant who left Celtic this week for Crystal Palace,

 

"We tried to get Hotte as well as Torpey over the summer, but Mark chose Droylsden and it has not quite worked out for him. We need competition for places and both Mark and Steve give us this. At 29 Mark has a lot of football in him and he's a local lad as well" explained Deacey.

 

Guy Madjo, Crawley's top goalscorer will be absent from the Sussex's team tomorrow having signed for Cheltenham Town in an emergency loan deal yesterday.
